Ebbw Vale RFC return to league action on Saturday as they entertain RGC at the CINER Glass Community Stadium with a 2.30pm kick off.

Head Coach Jason Strange makes a number of changes from the squad that beat Neath in the Premiership Cup.

Carrick McDonough moves to full back with both Harry Rees-Weldon and Amir Jiwa-Walji coming back into the team on the wings. Evan Lloyd and Jon Evans return at half-backs with academy player Cameron Davies making his first start for the Steelmen at centre.

Up front, Harry Drane returns at tight head with Dylan Bartlett returning in the second row where he will be partnered by Jakub Malecki. Cameron Regan and Ryan Jenkins return in the back row.
